I hereby affirm that I understand that a Private Membership Association is not subject to, nor under the “protection” of, laws and regulations that seek to limit the interactions of men and women with one another, and that the members of a PMA may lawfully contract with one another for services, products and advice without governmental interference.

I hereby affirm that I am not now engaged in any employment or arrangement under which I am expected, encouraged or requested to secure and/or provide to any party or entity any information about the PMA, its Members or practices and that a falsification of this statement shall be sufficient to nullify any statement or evidence I may provide in any venue, and I hereby affirm that I will not under any circumstances reveal to any person or entity not a member of the Liberty Network or LDFA any details of my membership in the PMA, nor of my involvement therewith.

I hereby affirm that, as a business owner or operator planning to use Liberty Network’s business resources and participate in the Members Direct Marketing Initiative, I will honor fellow Members by offering my products and/or services at exclusive discounted pricing below that offered to the General Public in any other venue.

I understand that, as a Member of the Liberty Network, I may freely express myself as I see fit, as long as I am not making any threat or statement in promotion of hate or violence towards any person, group, culture or entity, or posting any content which is illegal, including but not limited to images or information regarding human trafficking, child pornography and sexual exploitation, illegal narcotics or weapons, or information related to the construction of weapons of mass destruction or any other information which may be used in support of terrorism. I further understand that nudity and sexual content are prohibited on the website.

I understand that I am permitted to discuss privately any topic with other Members who wish to engage in such private discussion, but that public statements and posting must adhere to our community standards. I understand that, even publicly, I may state my own personal opinion regarding people, groups or entities, so long as I do not attempt to encourage others to offer violence, insult or threat to any people, groups or entities. I understand that the primary philosophy of this PMA is based on Christian morals, but that no one is required to embrace or claim any particular religion, faith, philosophy, political position or belief in order to be a Member. I agree to conduct myself honestly and fairly with all other Members.

I understand that the purpose of the Liberty Network is to enable its Members to live and conduct themselves and their business affairs in the private sphere, and that LDFA’s “Private Money” motto and image reflect only their value in doing so. I understand that my Membership in the Liberty Network and LDFA does not in any way absolve me from obligations to any local, county, state or federal government or agency thereof, and that my use of Liberty Dollars and LDFA does not relieve me of any responsibility for filing or paying taxes.
